Uses fluidizing air to suspend pellets while uniformly
spraying coating liquid onto their surfaces, forming a
dense and continuous film layer after drying.
Core Technology
AdoptsBottom Spray Coating (Wurster Coater). The
spray gun is located at the bottom, and air flow guides
pellets to form a regular upward moving bed, achieving
perfect coating with coating liquid. It is the industry
standard configuration for omeprazole pellet production.
